Who's behind it

Diego Bernabeu, founder.

ReceptOwl is run by Diego Bernabeu in Galway. Diego has a background in IT systems, networks and web development, and has built websites and apps for local businesses in Galway.

You deal directly with the person who designs, builds and tests your setup — not a sales team handing you over to support.

We’re a new business. That means no case studies to show yet — and every setup gets close attention.

How we work

Four rules we don’t bend.

  • Honest about what's connected

    If your calendar isn't connected, it's a booking request, not a booking. We say which is which — on this site and in every setup.

  • You approve what it says

    Prices, hours, policies and handover rules are yours. Nothing goes live until you've checked it.

  • It sounds like you, not a script

    We tune the greeting, the name, the tone and the answers with you until it sounds like your front desk on a good day.

  • No invented numbers

    No made-up testimonials, logos or statistics. When we have real results from real clients, we'll show them — with permission.

Why an owl?

Owls work the night shift, and they notice things. That’s the job: stay awake when your team can’t, notice what matters, and wake the right person when it counts. The mark is a doorway with ears — reception, with someone watching it.
